24-Hour Residential Program
Round-the-clock care in a comfortable home. Residents receive daily support, supervision, and skill development in a warm, family-oriented environment that promotes inclusion, health, and safety.
Supported Living Services
Our Supported Living Program is designed for individuals who live in their own homes or apartments and want flexible support to stay independent. We focus on helping individuals manage daily life, maintain community connections, and achieve personal goals.
Achieving Goals
Every goal begins with listening. We take time to understand:
- How they like to communicate and make choices
- What the person enjoys and values
- What they want more independence in
- What feels challenging or stressful
Eligibility & Resources
We support our clients through the eligibility process for available services and assist them in applying for essential financial and community resources.
Employment Support
Weather you are looking for volunteer opportunities in the community or working we can help you. We have employment specialists to assist with all parts of the employment process.
