What We Do
We provide two primary service models under Oregon Administrative Rules:
- 24-Hour Residential Services (OAR 411-325):
Round-the-clock care and support in a warm, family-style home environment. - Supported Living Services (OAR 411-328):
Flexible, person-directed supports that help individuals live independently in their own homes or apartments.
Under these two programs, we offer tailored services including:
- 24/7 supervision and assistance
- Daily living skills support (shopping, cooking, transportation, money management)
- Employment and volunteer coaching
- Medication management and health coordination
- Behavioral and communication supports
- Goal setting and progress planning
- Eligibility assistance and connection to community resources
